International Women in Tech Day was April 4! Today, I’m reflecting on the incredible potential I see in the women I coach within the tech industry. It’s a space brimming with innovation, yet navigating its complexities can feel like scaling a mountain. That’s where career coaching comes in, and I’m passionate about empowering women to reach their full potential.
As a Career Coach in tech, I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges and opportunities women face in this dynamic field. From overcoming imposter syndrome to negotiating fair compensation, the journey to career advancement can be demanding. But it’s also incredibly rewarding.
